NON-BILLABONG RETURN: Please ensure you return the correct item(s) when making a return. Billabong is not responsible for non-Billabong items shipped back to us in error. No compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to Billabong.
RETURN POLICY
- - Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from BILLABONG.CA
- - Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- - Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- - Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
- - Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
- - Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
